TCP will insure that distribution of designations are used solely for the project or purpose stated by the donor.
TCP requires recipients on the field to use funds solely for the purpose they were given.
If it is not possible for the recipient to use funds for their intended purpose, he must seek instructions from TCP prior to use of these funds.
