Planting churches where the Carpenter leads

Church Planting Ministry

At The Carpenter’s Project (TCP), our core mission is to advance the spread of the Gospel by assisting national believers to plant and grow local churches. We believe that sustainable, indigenous church planting is one of the most effective ways to make disciples and establish thriving Bible believing churches.

Training Faithful Men

Paul instructed Timothy to teach faithful men the truths he had received so that they would be able to teach others also. We believe that the key to establishing local, indigenous New Testament churches is training nationals for the ministry. Equipped with sound doctrine, they can go under the authority of their local church to plant churches where the Lord leads them.

PARTNERING WITH BIBLE SCHOOLS

The Carpenter’s Project has been instrumental in the formation of Bible institutes in Haiti and the Philippines. We also partner with American missionaries and indigenous local pastors around the world who are training nationals to go forth and establish Bible believing churches. We conduct Bible conferences and teach classroom courses as well as provide equipment, books, and funding for the expansion of needed facilities.
And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. – 2 TIMOTHY 2:2

Supporting Faithful Men

The greatest concentration of the world’s unevangelized people groups lies in areas of extreme poverty and widespread persecution. Although few US missionaries minister in these places, the Gospel is growing through national church planters heeding God’s call to “go ye into all the world …”

Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest. – MATTHEW 9:38
